Jordan Reid

I got into coaching when my nephew joined Shooting Stars and the Under 12s needed an extra pair of hands on a Saturday morning. Three seasons later, I'm still here and loving it.

My sessions are built around the ball: lots of small-sided games, quick passing and plenty of touches for everyone. I care more about players trying things and growing in confidence than about the scoreline, though we enjoy a good win on a Sunday too.

Away from football I work in IT and follow Leyton Orient through the ups and downs.
